PUREgrown standard size:
750gsm mat, 3/16″ (5mm) thick

Directions for Use
Moisten PUREgrown hemp-felt with mist or a quick dip in a water bath. Let excess water drain. Sprinkle seeds to the desired density, then mist. PUREgrown can support tightly packed seedlings.
Place in germinating area for 48 hours or as needed.
PUREgrown performs best when not over watered. The amount of water will vary depending on the system used. The felt should be kept moist, not saturated. Water level should not be higher than the top of the medium. If water pools in the felt, reduce flow.

    Good grow pad, but will dirty your hydroponics water. I grow mostly hydroponic microgreens and have been using Biostrate almost exclusively. I wanted to give this a try for two 3 reasons: it’s organic (Biostrate is not), it compostable (Biostrate is not), and I can get it cheaper at pallet prices. I tried this prior to committing. This hemp pad is much, much thicker than the Biostrate sheets. It’s also quite heavier after soaking in water. In my system, it’s producing similarly good results. The reason I don’t like it is because it dirties…
