SC Dept. of Agriculture doubling the number of permits for hemp farmers in 2019

The 2018 pilot program allowed 20 farmers to grow up to 20 acres of industrial hemp. David Bulick runs Lowcountry Nursery in Awendaw. He was one of the 20 farmers selected for the 2018 period.
